To control this layout it is necessary to have DCC. I use DCC since 2000, there I bought a Lenz set 01 version 3.0. It is recently upgraded to it's latest software version 3.6, so I'm ready for the future. Yesterday I bought 2 extra boosters LV101 and a LH100 controlunit. That gives me enough power to control the layout I want to build now. A total of 8,5 A is what I have now.
Currently I'm testing the MU's. That is Multiple Unit and that gives the opportunity to control a few loco's in a consist. I'll keep you psoted!
